Tricon Steel & Alloys is a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of high-quality ASTM A671 Pipe. These are electric-fusion-welded steel pipes designed for low-temperature and atmospheric conditions. These pipes are ideal for high-pressure applications in oil and gas, power generation and petrochemical industries. The ASTM A671 Carbon Steel Pipe is known for its strength, performance and long-lasting durability.
The chemical properties of ASTM A671 Carbon Steel EFW Pipe ensure high tensile strength and resistance to corrosion. The chemical composition typically includes carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur and chromium. These elements contribute to the pipe’s strong performance in critical applications. Mechanical properties include a minimum yield strength of 60,000 psi (415 MPa) and tensile strength ranging from 70,000 psi to 90,000 psi (485 MPa to 620 MPa). ASTM A671 Pipe also offers excellent weldability and machinability which makes it suitable for various industrial uses.
Our ASTM A671 CL22 Pipe is widely used for transporting fluids and gases under high pressure in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical and water treatment. Our ASTM A671 Pipe specification offers numerous advantages such as excellent mechanical properties, strong weld joints and adaptability to different sizes and wall thicknesses. Their electric-fusion-welded construction provides uniform strength throughout the pipe.
ASTM A671 Pipe undergoes various tests such as hydrostatic tests, mechanical tests and dimensional inspections. Our A671 EFW Pipe is available for quick delivery, with comprehensive documentation provided for each order. We ensure our pipe meets industry specifications and requirements for product reliability and performance. Our ASTM A671 Pipe Price is competitive without compromising quality.

The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The Carbon steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled Carbon steel pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing ASTM A671 CC60 Pipe and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
