Tricon Steel & Alloys is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of high-quality ASTM A106 Grade C Pipe. We specialize in producing pipes that meet international standards which ensure reliability for diverse industries. These pipes are used for fluid transportation, structural support and mechanical systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and construction sectors. The ASTM A106 Gr C Pipe is resistant to corrosion and can withstand high pressure and temperature conditions.
ASTM A106 Grade C CS Seamless Pipes is a carbon steel pipe that conforms to ASTM standards. Our pipes are designed for low and medium-pressure applications ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance. Available in both seamless and welded forms to meet the diverse needs of customers.
SA 106 Grade C Seamless Pipe is composed of carbon with traces of other elements such as manganese, phosphorus and sulfur. These elements contribute to the pipe's high strength and durability. The pipes demonstrate yield strength at 240 MPa and tensile strength between 415-550 MPa. The material composition of our ASTM a106 pipe enables it to maintain both high resistance to pressure and durability against mechanical stress in harsh operating conditions. They are resistant to corrosion which makes it suitable under harsh applications.
Our ASTM A106 Pipe Specifications provides different industrial needs with pipes in various sizes, thickness and schedule options. As a trusted ASTM A106 Pipes Exporter, we securely pack them and deliver to clients worldwide. The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The Carbon steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled Carbon steel pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing ASTM A106 Grade C Pipe and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
