Tricon Steel & Alloys is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Duplex Steel S31803 Pipe for industrial applications. Our pipe combines ferritic and austenitic steel properties, offering superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Its composition includes chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen, ensuring exceptional performance in challenging environments. Our UNS S31803 Seamless Pipes deliver high tensile strength, enhanced durability, and resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion. With a melting point of 1350°C and a density of 7.8 g/cm³, it is ideal for high-pressure systems.
Our 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is well suited for high pressure applications and marine use. The superior resistance to oxidation conditions makes it reliable in various industries. These duplex steel S31803 pipes are used in different sectors such as oil and gas processing, heat exchangers, seawater equipment, and desalination plants. Duplex Steel S31803 pipe is characterized by good weldability and formability; the pipe is seamless and is stronger than welded pipes.
We ensure that every Duplex UNS S31803 Seamless Pipe passes through a quality check to meet international quality. Some of the tests we include are hydrostatic, ultrasonic and chemical analysis to make sure we have the highest reliability. All our pipes come with certification, like EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2. Our focus on stringent quality control ensures consistent performance in the most demanding applications.

The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The stainless steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled stainless steel pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing stainless steel pipes and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
