Tricon Steel & Alloys is the leading manufacturer & supplier of high quality pipes globally. ASTM A334 Grade 1 Pipe is a low-temperature carbon steel pipe with a maximum carbon content of 0.30% and manganese ranging from 0.40% to 1.06%. Our pipes are manufactured as per ASME standards and demonstrate durability and strength. Grade 1 Carbon Steel Pipes have high tensile strength and impact strength at low temperature. They are widely used for general purpose applications because of their ductility and wear resistance.
SA334 Gr 1 Pipes are highly durable and corrosion-resistant. They offer superior flexibility and toughness in extreme conditions. These pipes are used in refrigeration systems, cold storage facilities and liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants. ASTM A334 Grade 1 Low Temperature Pipe is designed to withstand low temperatures without compromising strength and performance. Industries such as power generation, offshore platforms and thermal power plants benefit from the versatility of these pipes.
Our ASME SA 334 Grade 1 Pipes are available in various sizes and dimensions to meet industry demands. We supply them in seamless and welded forms with nominal bore sizes from 15NB to 600NB and outer diameters ranging from 1/2 inch to 24 inches. Our SA 334 Gr 1 Pipe complies with multiple international standards and certifications to ensure reliability in low temperature applications.
As a SA334 Gr 1 Pipe Supplier, we ensure our pipes undergo various tests such as chemical analysis, mechanical testing, impact tests and hardness tests. Other tests such as ultrasonic and hydrostatic tests maintain the integrity and durability of these pipes. These quality checks also help to maintain the standard of the pipes and makes ASME SA 334 Gr 1 carbon steel pipe suitable for critical applications. Contact us today to meet all your piping needs.

The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The Carbon steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled Carbon steel pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing ASTM A334 GR.1 and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
