Tricon Steel & Alloys is a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of premium quality ASTM A53 Grade B Pipe. Known for their reliability and excellent performance, our pipes are designed to handle fluid transportation, structural support and mechanical systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and construction industries. Available in seamless and welded forms, our ASTM A53 Steel Pipe ensures superior resistance to corrosion, pressure and high temperatures in demanding environments.
ASTM A53 Grade B Pipe is a carbon steel pipe that meets the ASTM standards. This pipe is primarily used in low and medium-pressure applications. They are composed of carbon with manganese, phosphorus and sulfur in trace amounts. These elements provide ASTM A53 seamless steel pipe high strength and durability. They have yield strength of 35,000 psi (240 MPa) and a tensile strength ranging between 60,000 and 80,000 psi (415-550 MPa) which ensures the pipe’s ability to withstand high pressure and resist wear and tear. These ASTM A53 Galvanized pipes are resistant to corrosion which ensures durable performance in harsh environments.

The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The Carbon steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled Carbon steel pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing ASTM A53 Galvanized Pipe and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
