Tricon Steel & Alloys is a leading Maraging Steel C300 Round Bar Suppliers. We provide high-performance bars suited for demanding applications across various sectors. Our Maraging 300 Round Bars are produced using the martensitic heat treatment process, which results in a unique class of low-carbon maraging steel. Known for its outstanding strength, toughness, workability and heat treatment capabilities, Maraging Steel C300 offers superior performance compared to standard steel alloys. The steel derives its name from a combination of the words "martensitic" and "ageing," referring to the heat treatment process that enhances its properties.
Our maraging 300 Bars are versatile with numerous advantages thus suitable for crucial parts of industries. It provides higher weldability and better workability which means that it can be easily shaped into the desired articles and structures. Due to the high strength to weight ratio, Maraging 300 Steel Bars are suitable for use in aerospace, auto racing parts, missiles and more. The versatility of Vascomax C300 Bars ensures they are used in the production of pistons, shafts, aerospace components and high-performance shafting. Maraging alloys are also widely used in die casting, extrusion tooling, landing gear components and munitions due to their durability and fatigue resistance.
The chemical composition of Maraging C300 Round Bars consists of iron, cobalt, nickel and molybdenum incorporated with a nickel content of 15 to 25 wt%. This special combination together with low carbon content results in an age hardening steel, high in both strength and resistance to crack growth. With a tensile strength of up to 300 ksi and excellent performance at high temperatures (up to 450°C). Our C300 maraging steel's ability to hold its tensile strength even at elevated temperatures makes it a preferred choice for high-stress applications.
We are determined to provide you with the best of Vascomax C300 Round Bars. To guarantee the quality of C300 UNS K93120 Round Rod we perform extensive tests to meet global standards. Contact us to order our new stock of maraging 300 steel bar with the best quality available.

Melting
The first step in the process is melting raw materials in an electric furnace. These raw materials are typically iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements in exact amounts.
Hot Rolling
After being heated, the billets are shaped into long, thin rods by going through a series of rolling mills. Because the metal is heated above its recrystallization temperature during this operation, it is known as hot rolling.
Pickling
The pickling process is used to the bars in order to eliminate any oxide, scale, or other surface contaminants. Usually, an acid solution is used for this.
Cutting
Lastly, shearing machines or other cutting techniques are used to cut the rods to the required length.
