Table Of Content
Super Duplex 32750 Bars are high-strength stainless steel bars with a duplex microstructure, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. They are widely used in industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, and marine applications due to their ability to withstand harsh environments. Rigorous testing ensures their quality and reliability, making them vital components in critical installations.
Super Duplex 32760 Bars exhibit superior corrosion resistance, thanks to their duplex microstructure. With a combination of austenitic and ferritic phases, these bars offer exceptional strength and durability, making them ideal for demanding applications. Their resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking is notable. These bars find widespread use in oil and gas, chemical processing, and marine industries, providing a reliable solution for structures exposed to corrosive elements and high mechanical stress.
These bars find extensive applications across a wide range of industries. In the oil and gas sector, they are used for pipelines, subsea equipment, and offshore platforms due to their resistance to corrosion in seawater and harsh chemical environments. Super Duplex 32760 Bars are employed in reactors, heat exchangers, and storage tanks where resistance to acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances is essential in the chemical processing industry. Moreover, they are utilized in desalination plants, pulp and paper mills, and the aerospace industry for their strength, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Rigorous testing is conducted throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the quality and reliability of Super Duplex 32750 Bars. This includes chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing to assess tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, and non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing and dye penetrant inspection to detect defects or imperfections. Additionally, corrosion testing is performed to evaluate the resistance of these bars to specific environments, assuring their performance in service.

Melting
The first step in the process is melting raw materials in an electric furnace. These raw materials are typically iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements in exact amounts.
Hot Rolling
After being heated, the billets are shaped into long, thin rods by going through a series of rolling mills. Because the metal is heated above its recrystallization temperature during this operation, it is known as hot rolling.
Pickling
The pickling process is used to the bars in order to eliminate any oxide, scale, or other surface contaminants. Usually, an acid solution is used for this.
Cutting
Lastly, shearing machines or other cutting techniques are used to cut the rods to the required length.
