Tricon Steel and Alloys stands at the forefront of the industry as a premier manufacturer of Incoloy 825 Bar, offering unparalleled quality and reliability to meet diverse industrial needs. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our product, from its superior composition to its exceptional performance in various applications.
Incoloy 825 Bar is a high-performance alloy composed primarily of nickel, iron, and chromium, with additional elements such as molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This unique combination of metals grants the bar outstanding resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and other forms of deterioration, even in the harshest environments. Its superb mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and excellent creep resistance, make it an ideal choice for demanding applications across numerous industries.
One of the standout features of Incoloy 825 Bar is its exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in highly corrosive environments such as chemical processing, marine engineering, and oil and gas extraction. Whether exposed to acids, alkalis, or harsh weather conditions, this alloy maintains its integrity and performance over extended periods, ensuring reliable operation and longevity.
Furthermore, Incoloy 825 Bar offers excellent weldability and fabricability, allowing for easy machining and shaping to suit specific project requirements. Its versatility makes it a preferred material for a wide range of applications, including components for chemical processing equipment, marine hardware, heat exchangers, and valves, among others. Additionally, its ability to withstand elevated temperatures and pressures makes it suitable for use in high-temperature applications such as steam generators and gas turbines.
At Tricon Steel and Alloys, we take pride in our stringent quality control measures, ensuring that every Incoloy 825 Bar that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of excellence. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, coupled with meticulous inspection protocols, guarantee consistency and reliability in every batch, providing our customers with peace of mind and confidence in the performance of our products.

Melting
The first step in the process is melting raw materials in an electric furnace. These raw materials are typically iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements in exact amounts.
Hot Rolling
After being heated, the billets are shaped into long, thin rods by going through a series of rolling mills. Because the metal is heated above its recrystallization temperature during this operation, it is known as hot rolling.
Pickling
The pickling process is used to the bars in order to eliminate any oxide, scale, or other surface contaminants. Usually, an acid solution is used for this.
Cutting
Lastly, shearing machines or other cutting techniques are used to cut the rods to the required length.
