Tricon Steel & Alloys is the largest supplier and exporter of Inconel 601 Bar, which is used in various industries. From chemical processing and petrochemicals to pharmaceuticals and beyond, these bars shine as a pinnacle choice, showcasing their reliability and resilience in critical applications.
Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy with aluminium added. It forms a face-centred-cubic solid solution and exhibits high metallurgical stability. The composition typically comprises approximately 61.5% nickel, 22.5% chromium, and 1.4% aluminium. Inconel 601 also contains trace amounts of carbon, silicon, nitrogen, and zirconium. This alloy offers outstanding resistance to oxidation, high-temperature corrosion, and other forms of high-temperature degradation.
Inconel 601 Bar is a versatile material with various uses and properties. It exhibits exceptional resistance to oxidation at high temperatures up to 1250°C, making it suitable for thermal processing, chemical processing, and pollution control applications. Inconel 601 pipe is also known for its resistance to aqueous corrosion, making it ideal for use in harsh environments. With its excellent mechanical properties and workability, it is widely utilised in aerospace, engineering, and other industries requiring heat and corrosion resistance.
Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned our clients' trust worldwide. As a result, we continually strive to enhance our services, ensuring prompt delivery, competitive pricing, and superior product quality.
We prioritise quality by subjecting all our materials to rigorous tests before delivery. These tests include Hardness Test, Chemical Analysis, PMI Testing, Flattening Test, Micro and MacroTest, Pitting Resistance Test, Flaring Test,. We provide documents like invoices, packaging lists, and a legalised Certificate of Origin. Additionally, we offer a third-party inspection certificate for complete client satisfaction.

Melting
The first step in the process is melting raw materials in an electric furnace. These raw materials are typically iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements in exact amounts.
Hot Rolling
After being heated, the billets are shaped into long, thin rods by going through a series of rolling mills. Because the metal is heated above its recrystallization temperature during this operation, it is known as hot rolling.
Pickling
The pickling process is used to the bars in order to eliminate any oxide, scale, or other surface contaminants. Usually, an acid solution is used for this.
Cutting
Lastly, shearing machines or other cutting techniques are used to cut the rods to the required length.
