The chemical composition of Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT Sheets, Plates, and Coils typically includes nickel (30-35%), chromium (19-23%), iron (39.5% min), and small amounts of other elements such as aluminium, titanium, and carbon. Incoloy 800H sheet has higher carbon content for improved high-temperature strength, while 800HT plates has further increased carbon, aluminium, and titanium levels for enhanced high-temperature properties.

The physical properties of Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT sheet, plate & coils include a density of approximately 7.94 g/cm³. For the mechanical properties of these products, typical tensile strengths are 550 MPa for 800 sheet plates, 600 MPa for 800H Sheets, Plates, and Coils, and 655 MPa for 800HT coils. Yield strengths are around 210 MPa for 800, 220 MPa for 800h Plate, and 310 MPa for 800HT sheet. Thermal conductivity is approximately 11.4 W/m·K.
