Tricon Steel & Alloys is an authorized supplier and manufacturer of Hastelloy C276 Sheets, Plates, and Coils, manufactured in large quantities and containing high-quality raw materials and costly alloys. These sheets, plates, and coils are fabricated with precision and expertise to meet the diverse needs of industries.
Hastelloy C276 Sheets, Plates, and Coils consist of a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten additions. The chemical composition includes approximately 54% nickel, 16% chromium, 15% molybdenum, 5% iron, and smaller amounts of tungsten, cobalt, manganese, vanadium, silicon, carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, and other elements to enhance its properties.
Table Of Content
Hastelloy C276 Sheets, Plates, and Coils exhibit a density of approximately 8.89 g/cm³. Yield strength typically ranges from 41 ksi (283 MPa) to 44 ksi (303 MPa), while tensile strength ranges from 100 ksi (690 MPa) to 110 ksi (760 MPa). Thermal conductivity is around 70.7 W/m·K (at 21°C). These properties collectively ensure Hastelloy C276 Sheets' excellent performance in corrosive environments.
Hastelloy C276 Plates are resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in harsh environments. They offer ease of welding and machining, enabling versatile fabrication. While these materials are not typically heat treated, they can be solution annealed if necessary, retaining their corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
We at Tricon Steel & Alloys provide wooden boxes, pallets, and crates for the the Hastelloy C276 Sheets, Plates, and Coils packaging. Safe and secure packaging will protect it from damage and the environment and keep trust in buyers' eyes. It includes an insurance copy, certificate of origin, test reports, heat treatment chart, packing list, invoice, and other documents.
Hastelloy C276 Coils find applications in chemical processing, petrochemical, pollution control, pulp and paper production, and oil and gas exploration due to their chemical composition and mechanical properties in aggressive environments.

Reheating Furnace
A reheating furnace is a crucial component in the steel manufacturing process, particularly for hot rolling mills where sheets or slabs are heated prior to rolling.
Scale Breaker
A scale breaker, also known as a descaler, is a piece of equipment used in the steel manufacturing process to remove scale from the surface of hot-rolled steel products. Scale refers to the iron oxide layer that forms on the surface of steel when it is heated to high temperatures during the manufacturing process.
Finish Rolling
Finish rolling, also known as final rolling, is the last stage in the hot rolling process of steel or other metals. It involves reducing the thickness of the material to its final desired dimensions and achieving the required surface finish.
Skin Pass Mill
A skin pass mill, also known as a temper mill or a rolling mill, is a specialized type of rolling mill used in the steel or metal industry to improve the surface finish and mechanical properties of cold-rolled steel coils or sheets. It operates after the cold rolling process and before further processing or coating.
