Titanium Grade 2 Pipe offered by Tricon Steel & Alloys is manufactured, exported and supplied worldwide. Our pipes provide high strength and outstanding corrosion protection. Titanium Grade 2 is a low strength grade with cold work capabilities and excellent weldability. Because of its heat and wear resistant characteristics.
Our ASTM B338 Gr.2 Seamless Pipe undergo strict quality checks and tests to ensure they meet industry standards. With certifications such as Material Test Certificates (MTC), we ensure full traceability and transparency.High-quality control measures are used to guarantee that the products meet your expectation.
Titanium Grade 2 Pipe offers several key features, making it ideal for various applications. Its resistance to oxidation and corrosion is exceptional, particularly in seawater and acidic environments. Gr 2 Titanium Welded Pipes exhibit high flexibility as well as excellent formability and, therefore can be easily formed. The composition contains titanium, low carbon, nitrogen, and iron so that the strength and the toughness of the material are improved. The mechanical properties are yield strength of 275 MPA and tensile strength of 344 MPA. ASTM B861 Grade 2 Pipe are used in aerospace, marine, chemical processing industries where corrosion resistance is vital.
We provide a variety of Grade 2 Titanium Gas Pipes and Titanium Grade 2 Exhaust Pipes with a variety of specifications available. Whether you need seamless, welded, or ERW pipes, we provide you with quality products that will give you the best results. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products to customers, meeting our deadlines and focusing on customer needs.

The Rolling and Welding Stage
To begin our process, we first need to go through the rolling and welding stage. The stainless steel is placed through a checking process and cut at the edges in this stage.
Cleaning and Warming Stage
The rolled titanium pipes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand.
Cold-Drawing Stage
Sometimes, the required size isn’t obtained when the steel is brought through the mill directly. When using the cold-drawing process, the desired size is achieved when the pipes and tubing are coated with oxalic and soap solution and dragged over die plugs—the oxalic and soap solution help reduce friction when going through the cold cycle.
The Finishing Process
The final process is the finisher. Once the process of manufacturing stainless steel pipes and tubing is completed, you’ll now have to take them to a jet printer.
