Renowned for its superior corrosion resistance against harsh chemicals, this premium bar offers exceptional reliability in demanding sectors such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine applications.
Hastelloy B2 Bar is a high-performance nickel-molybdenum alloy known for its exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in reducing environments, providing excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at both concentrations and temperatures, giving it its versatility is ideal for applications in the pharmaceutical industry, pollution control and waste management industries, and its durability makes it in high demand.
Hastelloy B2 Bar Provides exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid at both concentrations and temperatures. The high molybdenum content increases the resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. In addition, it maintains its mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for furious chemical processing and pollution control applications.
Hastelloy B2 Bar exhibits good strength and long life due to high corrosion resistance, especially in complex chemicals Its excellent formability allows it to be easily assembled into various components, while its excellent weldability provides a strong and reliable joint It is made.
Hastelloy B2 Bar typically complies with international standards such as ASTM B335 and ASME SB335. These standards specify the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional patience for Hastelloy B2 Bar products. Hastelloy B2 Bars are securely packaged to ensure protection during transportation and storage. Each bar is carefully wrapped and sealed to prevent damage from moisture, corrosion, and handling during transit.
The Hastelloy B2 Bar allows for various applications in chemical processing, pollution control, waste management, and pharmaceuticals, making it ideal for critical, independent applications in harsh environmental conditions. Hastelloy B2 Bar is widely used in chemical processing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper industries. It is used in applications such as reactors, heat exchangers, valves and piping systems, where chemical stability and high-temperature corrosion resistance are critical for reliable operation and safety.

Melting
The first step in the process is melting raw materials in an electric furnace. These raw materials are typically iron ore, chromium, nickel, and other elements in exact amounts.
Hot Rolling
After being heated, the billets are shaped into long, thin rods by going through a series of rolling mills. Because the metal is heated above its recrystallization temperature during this operation, it is known as hot rolling.
Pickling
The pickling process is used to the bars in order to eliminate any oxide, scale, or other surface contaminants. Usually, an acid solution is used for this.
Cutting
Lastly, shearing machines or other cutting techniques are used to cut the rods to the required length.
